Staci kirpach, founder

Staci Kirpach is the founder of The SHINE Initiative in 2008 and is currently serving as the Board Chair.  She co-founded her first nonprofit, It's A Girl Thing!, in 2002. Staci is also the founder of EMIT Strategies & Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm for corporate and community leaders.

 

 

laurie clark, Treasurer

Laurie Clark is a Commercial Sales Assistant II at BB&T and is currently serving as SHINE's Treasurer. Laurie is happily married, the proud stepmom to a son and daughter, and fur mama to one cute pup.

 

 

 

Joanna crain

Joanna Crain is the CEO and founder of WCT Events, a professional events and destination management company in China. In addition, she and her husband recently co-founded their second nonprofit, Foodie Philanthropy.  Joanna is the proud mom of three amazing young daughters.

 

Rachel horton,Secretary

Rachel Horton is a consultant with EMIT Strategies & Solutions, LLC and is currently serving as SHINE's Secretary.  Rachel has a passion for serving nonprofit organizations and promoting positive works within her community.

 

Tiesa LeggetT

Tiesa Leggett is a Public Affairs Coordinator with the Blue Zones Project Fort Worth. Tiesa is a creative force and committed volunteer to many nonprofit organizations in our community.

 

Jenna Lee

Jenna Lee is the CEO and founder of Splurge Events and a dedicated volunteer with the Adera Foundation. Jenna is also the proud mom of two teenagers- a daughter and son.

 

maryann means-dufrene

MaryAnn Means-Dufrene is the Tarrant County Market President at Dale Carnegie DFW and dedicated community volunteer. MaryAnn is happily married and recently gained the new title of "mama" to a baby boy
