Committee will review all of the eligible grant applications. Review your individual grant applications here.
They are divided into two sections:
1. A folder titled ALL – This folder contains of all of the applications that we received. Please skim through all of the applications at some point before the review work session.
2. A folder with your name on it – These are the grant applications that you will need to become the “expert” on. During the review work session, you will “present” (3 minutes or less) on the information in your applications. The other reviewers will direct any questions they have about those grants to you. Please make sure you have adequately prepared so that each application receives a proper presentation of their intentions.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the content of the grant beforehand. In limited cases we might consider approaching the nonprofit applicant for clarification before the work session.
Each board member has between 4-5 applications to review. Some of you may look at your folder and see a smaller amount of internal folders. That is because one of your nonprofits submitted an application in more than one focus area. There will be internal folders inside that are labeled by the focus area.
Please do a quick review of all of the grants in your folder to make sure the applications have uploaded completely, are easy to read, and have the necessary attachments.
